Forgive me for the silence. Due to recent(ish) events in my career, my focus has been mostly consumed by getting up to speed and becoming more comfortable in my work. To ease myself back in, I thought I'd quickly share the new ways in which you can follow and interact with this blog:

This site is powered by Ghost, a brilliant tool for publishing content. I'm a big proponent of tools that do Just Enough™. It's distraction free and allows you to focus on what matters: content. The latest addition - currently in beta - is a supporting feature for the Social Web. You may already be following me on platforms such as Bluesky and Mastodon, and that's what these platforms fall under.
Without getting too complex, these platforms are built upon open technologies designed to allow websites to follow and interact with each other. Think of it as the next level of RSS. With the help of Magic Pages, you can now follow this site through those social platforms.
Bluesky and Threads profiles are more just syndication. For Mastodon / ActivityPub users, this very site is the technology, so by simply searching for designsystems.wtf in your client of choice, we should pop up.
Emails will continue unchanged. I just thought it might be nice for followers if they can use their clients or platforms of choice to follow my content.
